PT Evenings Steward/DishwasherWe're looking for a reliable, hardworking PT Evenings Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team for the upcoming summer season. Stewards play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. This is a great entry point into the culinary world with opportunities to grow and learn alongside a professional kitchen team.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concernsWhat We're Looking ForWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing and pulling, bendingAbout Gravity HausGravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
