Staff RN - Hybrid Med/Surg/Intermediate (Nights)

Overview This nursing position involves providing care in a med/surg unit that handles a variety of medical patients, including those requiring specialist procedures such as endoscopy and interventional radiology. Responsibilities Perform health assessments, develop and document individualized care plans, implement interventions, evaluate patient responses, and revise care plans accordingly. Participate in process improvement and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Adhere to nursing standards, collaborate with healthcare teams, and focus on safety and patient outcomes.
