Compares and reconciles records and reports. Assist Project Manager with data collecting and reporting.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Compiles and records daily production results utilizing documents including, but not limited to, service work orders, operations customer orders, and uploading requests for service in the computerized maintenance management systemDispatch maintenance staff to respond to requests for serviceCloseout and upload work orders and other maintenance documents into NCMMSReceive vendor products, verify delivery, and coordinate distribution to staffPlan/Manage multi-tasks/projects forwarded through ManagementFollows prescribed recording procedures, using computer tracking systems and other devicesPrepares government CDRLs as prescribed in the statement of workMaintains automated maintenance history files on equipment and source document files to support all reporting detailsCoordinates with co-workers to assure accurate and proper tracking of daily data.
