Hospice On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a compassionate and dependable On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comfort-focused care and support to patients and families outside of regular business hours. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently and committed to delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. This position requires travel throughout the South Hills region and Washington County.
