- Assist clients with planning, documents, and travel details
- Offer timely communication and problem-solving
- Follow up before, during, and after travel
- Maintain organized client records
Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred. Reliable, organized, and proactive. Strong communication skills. Genuine interest in the travel industry.
