Job Details Job Location: Santa Cruz, CA 95060 Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly Earn a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Candidates with an active or inactive RBT credential are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus when they provide open availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM + Saturday: 8am-2pm, allowing for a schedule of 30+ hours per week. What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism Comfort using tablet-based technology Reliable transportation, in state valid driver’s license*, and active car insurance *Military and college students may be exempt for in State Driver's License Availability during times most needed by families Commitment to completing our paid virtual RBT training program Physical Requirements Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.
