Aesthetic Sales Manager

Client Overview Our client is a well-established, luxury aesthetic and surgical practice dedicated to delivering premium cosmetic and wellness services. This role is 5 days onsite in Englewood, New Jersey. Role Overview The team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice Manager to oversee patient conversion, consultation coordination, and day-to-day operational support within a high-end cosmetic environment. This individual will play a key role in guiding prospective patients through their treatment journey, managing lead pipelines, and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement. Aesthetic Sales Manager Responsibilities Manage and nurture incoming leads generated through various marketing initiatives and referral channels. Conduct patient consultations, educate prospective clients on available aesthetic and surgical services, and facilitate treatment decisions. Coordinate and schedule cosmetic procedures, including surgical and non-surgical treatments. Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing patients to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry through treatment. Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to optimize patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and front-office workflows. Maintain accurate patient documentation and records within electronic medical record systems. Contribute to practice growth initiatives by meeting patient conversion and sales objectives. Ensure a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for all patients. Aesthetic Sales Manager Qualifications Demonstrated success in sales, patient coordination, client relations, or customer-facing consultative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor. Strong ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and deliver exceptional customer service. Experience managing appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, medical spa, or wellness environments is highly preferred. Working knowledge of EMR platforms and healthcare software systems. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
