responsibilities:

Lead the complete engineering execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) scoped projects from contract signature through the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
Direct and manage a matrixed, cross-functional engineering team across international locations, mitigating risks and maximizing project opportunities.
Serve as the senior technical focal point to align internal departments, customers, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring consistent requirement flow-down and system-level issue resolution.
Review customer specifications, evaluate the financial and scheduling impacts of scope changes, and guarantee project profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to sourcing and installation teams, enforce rigorous quality procedures, and capture lessons learned to drive global process improvements.
