Treasury Management Specialist

Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, the contract Treasury Management Specialist will provide technical support and training during online banking system upgrades while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Effectively manage client transitions from legacy banking platforms to new systems Conduct virtual training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to clients Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and consult on additional client needs Required qualifications Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or related fields Experience with online banking treasury management systems and NACHA files Proven track record in client service, account management, or project management BS in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience in a contact center environment is a plus
