Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Agilist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, Agile coaching, and facilitation and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, remove impediments, and enable delivery of business value .
Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile Squads on Scrum values, principles, and practices while modeling servant leadership.
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure teams realize value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
- Mentor Product Owners and Development Teams on effective backlog management, clarity of outcomes, and success criteria.
- Foster self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and constructive conflict resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile practices, including facilitation, mentoring, and coaching.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using empirical data and feedback loops.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across multiple organizational levels.
- 5+ years of full-time business experience and 3+ years of Scrum experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks, TDD, and automation practices.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob Programming, and experience improving team dynamics.
