Communications Project Manager

Managing all aspects of medical communications projects remotely, the freelance Project Manager - Medical Communications will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while ensuring client expectations are met and projects remain on target. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance Required qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to grasp and retain scientific information Exceptional communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams
