Job Description Job Description The Front Desk Agent supports daily operations at a business hotel, reporting to the General Manager. This role provides professional guest service across day and evening shifts, managing arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests while helping maintain an organized and welcoming lobby environment. Responsibilities Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and provide reservations support. Deliver attentive guest relations and assist with guest requests. Provide professional telephone support and telephone etiquette. Process guest payments and handle cash accurately. Resolve complaints and address guest concerns through effective conflict resolution. Coordinate lobby activities to support an orderly guest experience. Maintain accurate guest and operational records. Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in hotel front desk operations. High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with property management, reservation, and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of cash handling and customer service practices.
