Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for home improvement consultations. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting DaBella’s products and services, and following a structured sales process to achieve individual and team goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, providing follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to support a seamless customer experience. Team members are expected to contribute to a positive, performance-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales skills, including phone-based selling and closing techniques. Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through attentive listening, problem-solving, and clear communication. Customer Service experience, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Lead Generation skills, including qualifying prospects and nurturing opportunities. Account Management capabilities to track interactions, follow up with customers, and maintain organized records. Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or sales software tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is beneficial.
