What We Offer Competitive pay: $60/hour 30-hour work week 42-week school-based assignment Start date: August 31, 2026 Opportunity to work directly with students and school teams Two openings available What You'll Do As a School-Based BCBA, you will provide behavioral expertise and support to students with academic and behavioral needs. Key responsibilities include: Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and support to school staff and families Deliver training on behavior management strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Supervise and support behavioral service delivery within the school setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB Master's degree in: Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education/Teaching Or a related field Must comply with all applicable professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if required) TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray (if required) Current health certificate (if required by contract or state regulations) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings Minimum one year of pediatric experience Position Details Location: Redmond, WA Discipline: BCBA - School-Based Hours: 30 per week Duration: 42 weeks Start Date: August 31, 2026 Interview Required: No Benefits Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
