In this role, you'll support and maintain enterprise systems across our data center - both physical and virtual - and partner directly with staff and stakeholders to shape where our technology goes next while advising leadership on risk. You'll get hands-on with the full stack of the Town's network: analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, and wireless equipment. To join us as a Network Engineer I, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field. However, a non-technical degree can be acceptable if complemented with the appropriate certifications and/or experience; Three years of experience in the Information Technology industry; Two years of Enterprise Network Design and Administration, including Firewall Security; Must be able to pass a Police background check; Valid Arizona Driver License; Must participate in on-call rotation; CISCO CCNA preferred; CompTIA Network + preferred. This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Exempt - ineligible for overtime compensation. This department is currently working in a hybrid environment, with partial remote work.
