About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in the national revenue growth of its innovative medical technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, leading and managing regional sales teams, and establishing performance metrics to ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in medical device sales, particularly within the spinal implants or related orthopaedic medical devices sector. The Vice President of Sales will also be tasked with building and expanding distributor partnerships, driving market access initiatives, and ensuring exceptional field execution and clinical case support. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' medical device sales experience in the United States, with at least 3 years in a direct sales leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, recent experience in spinal implants or related products, and a deep understanding of spine procedures and associated implant technologies. The role demands excellent communication, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to travel extensively. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in a startup or high-growth medical technology environment is highly advantageous.
