About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving national revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, leading a team of regional sales leaders and representatives, and establishing performance metrics to ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role involves building and expanding distributor partnerships, developing relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and driving market access initiatives to convert clinical interest into product adoption. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years in a direct sales leadership role, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in spinal implants or related orthopedic medical devices is essential, as is a strong understanding of spine procedures and implant technologies. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for business, life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline. The role requires excellent communication, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to travel extensively across the United States. The candidate should have a strong background in business planning, forecasting, negotiation, and CRM management, as well as experience in introducing new technologies and opening new markets. A history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales professionals is also necessary.
