Scheduling Manager Join to apply for the Scheduling Manager role at World Wide Professional Solutions World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) are seeking an experienced and motivated professional Scheduling Manager to join our project team in Lafayette, Indiana currently serving an advanced technology client, project, and trade partners. This role will be onsite working hand in hand directly with the client interfacing daily. *Semiconductor Base Build Experience Required* Successful candidates for our open scheduling position will have demonstrated schedule analytical skills and the ability to lead a team in preparing and communicating schedule requirements. Qualified schedulers will prepare base‑build construction, process lateral systems construction tool install, and trade specific project schedules using Primavera and Excel to maintain and communicate the schedule to our performers, trade partners, and clients. Schedule management and development also includes schedule integration to aggregate and collate information from multiple project data sources to ensure information is reconciled to the plan of record, maintained, and understood. Scheduler roles also include alignment of commercial systems where major tool and support equipment is purchased to ensure alignment with the construction schedule. The successful candidates will be part of a team of Project Schedulers to improve business processes, operational excellence, improve performance metrics, and deliver systems to meet required construction milestones. Local candidates highly preferred. Relocation budget possibly available for outstanding candidates. NO PER‑DIEM AVAILABLE. Duties & Responsibilities Understand and fully comply with all company policies and procedures, specifically safety Incident Free Workplace (IFW) and corporate code of conduct Plan and schedule project lifecycle events and general sequence of events for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project management tasks Manage a project team of schedulers to communicate the overall construction schedule with performers, trade partners, owners, and executive level project management Integrate various elements of large, complex industrial projects and programs into the master schedule Collect data, build, update, revise schedules, and produce schedule reports Schedule trade specific procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules in a Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery environment Prepare and/or assist in preparing schedules independently and in team environments Baseline, maintain, and report project schedules Analyze modifications to the project schedules Monitor and document weekly/monthly progress for assigned projects including critical path analysis and schedule narratives Prepare weekly and monthly project schedule status reports for project managers Provide to the Project Manager all elements needed to issue weekly and monthly reports Requirements Substantial experience managing teams of schedulers for large, complex industrial, capital improvement projects High School education required; associate degree in construction management or computer science desired Experience with Semiconductor Construction Project Scheduling Highly Preferred Scheduling for Semiconductor Base Build Construction Required Experience in Primavera P6 scheduling Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required Light programming (e.g., MS Access or SQL) helpful Knowledge of Excel, VBA, and Access for reporting and analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail‑oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem‑solving skills Experience with base‑build and/or greenfield scheduling Semiconductor experience Benefits This is a full‑time position for World Wide Professional Solutions.
