Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, relationship-driven environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate, bringing valuable experience and insight into how we serve our customers and support our team. I’ve been married for 22 years and have three children. We’re a big baseball family and enjoy staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community by supporting Little League and volunteering with the Arizona Animal Welfare League. For our team, we offer PTO, paid sick time, two hours of paid development time each week for personal growth, free snacks, and a $50 life or health policy benefit. Our office culture is fun, engaging, and close-knit. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and understands their “why.” The right person is team-oriented, supportive, and excited to grow while helping both customers and teammates succeed. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for State Farm Agent, Tom Schott, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
