ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a close-knit team of five. State Farm has deep roots in my family - my father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and my brother is also an agent. When the company I worked for was sold, I decided it was the right time to follow that family tradition and open an agency of my own. I'm a graduate of Central Washington University and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity.

Being part of our community is incredibly important to us. Our agency works closely with local businesses, participates in community events, and stays actively involved in charitable initiatives throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
