Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Self-motivated Detail oriented Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain) Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain) About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you’ll usually find me staying active — I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.
