Small Parts Deburring / Manufacturing Associate

Old Saybrook Area | 1st Shift | $19/hour | Contract-to-Hire

Are you experienced working with small parts and have a strong eye for detail? We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for a clean, welcoming production environment where quality and precision matter.

This position focuses on deburring small manufactured parts, with hands-on, paid training provided. Experience working with small components through deburring, precision assembly, soldering, inspection, or microscope work is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Deburr and finish small precision parts
• Work carefully with small components and detailed parts
• Inspect your work for accuracy and quality
• Follow established processes and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn new processes through hands-on, paid training

What We're Looking For

• Previous small-part manufacturing experience required
• Experience with deburring, precision assembly, soldering, inspection, or microscope work preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong commitment to quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work with small parts
• Reliable and dependable

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• $19/hour
• Overtime may be available
• Contract with potential for permanent hire
