Role Description The eCommerce & TikTok Shop Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for driving online sales and brand visibility across the company’s eCommerce platforms and TikTok Shop. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, pricing, and promotions; optimizing site and shop content; and coordinating inventory and fulfillment details with internal teams and partners. The role also involves planning and executing campaigns tailored to TikTok Shop, collaborating with marketing and creative teams on short-form video content, and tracking performance metrics to refine strategies. The manager will monitor customer feedback, ensure a smooth shopping experience, and stay current on platform updates and best practices to maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Demonstrated experience managing eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Shopify Plus, Amazon, TikTok Shop or similar).
\n
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media marketing, influencer collaboration, and campaign optimization for short-form content.
\n
• Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies for conversion and revenue growth.
\n
• Experience coordinating product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment with operations and logistics teams.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, and sales functions.
\n
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Familiarity with beauty, haircare, or consumer packaged goods industries is a plus.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

\n

• You will be responsible for managing all online activity in relation to the website, traffic, sales,

\n

customer service, site conversion and A/B testing and reporting

\n

• Responsible for launching and managing large website promotions (Some weekends and holidays

\n

required for promotions) 

\n

• Assist with eCommerce operations and sales-related tasks on the website, support marketing and promotional efforts for growth and website promotions (including some weekends and nights) 

\n

• Assist in keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization

\n

• Make sure product pricing and listings are optimized, watch the competitive landscape for similar

\n

products, review management, and inventory monitoring

\n

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively with other functional areas within the company

\n

• Work alongside eCommerce Customer Support team to provide customers with the best possible

\n

experience by assisting with the implementation of loyalty & product/brand reviews programs and

\n

monitor customer concerns

\n

• Proactively interact and maintain relationships with current and/or prospective customers across

\n

social media platforms

\n

• Support OneTrust CCPA/GDRP Requests and data privacy laws and make sure all sites are all up to

\n

date from a legal and compliance perspective 

\n

• Manage KPI reports, ROI analysis with the ability to deliver insights and action plans for

\n

improvement
