Welding & Assembly: Weld and assemble parts or frames based on print specifications using TIG welding methods. Positioning Workpieces: Align and clamp materials together using rules, squares, vises, fixtures, or hand tools to ensure accurate fit-up. Preparation & Cleaning: Clean parts before welding using wire brushes, grinders, files, or chemical solutions to remove dirt, rust, or excess material. Fitting & Finishing: Grind, cut, buff, or bend workpieces to ensure a tight and precise fit before welding. Inspection & Rework: Examine completed welds for defects such as cracks or weak joints; repair or rework as needed to meet quality standards. Self-Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of your own work to ensure it meets all quality and safety requirements. Safety & Maintenance: Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area. Welding Certification
