PYG Therapy is expanding our pediatric therapy team and is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-home services to children and families throughout Arizona. We welcome both experienced clinicians and those looking to develop their skills within pediatric home health.

• Hourly rates ranging from $46-$75 per visit
• Compensation determined by geographic area, experience, and employment status
• W-2 and independent contractor opportunities available
• Full-time and part-time schedules available

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will provide treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist while helping children achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver speech therapy interventions in the home environment under the direction of a supervising SLP
• Carry out treatment plans and therapy activities established by the supervising therapist
• Document patient participation, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner
• Educate caregivers on strategies and activities that support progress outside of therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient status and treatment needs
• Foster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and community members

Available opportunities include:

• W-2 employment or 1099 contract arrangements
• Custom schedules ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
• Opportunities throughout multiple Arizona communities

Applicants must possess:

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license
• Current CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising clinicians
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
