Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Arizona State Veterans' Home in Yuma, Arizona for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist. AZ State Veterans Home in Yuma stands as a testament to honoring those who have served. This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is divided into 60 long-term care beds, plus a 20-bed memory care unit. ASVH-Yuma features single occupancy rooms, each with an ADA-approved, en suite bathroom. Residents enjoy customized services, comfort, dignity and warm social connections through a variety of activities and outings with staff, other Veterans and the community. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Qualifications
- Must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification required.
- Active state license required.
