responsibilities:

• Lead risk evaluations (PFMEA, ISO 14971) and mitigation strategies, ensuring appropriate production and process controls throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

• Implement repeatable, scalable inspection plans and First Article Inspection (FAI) strategies to eliminate human error risk and optimize costs.

• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Advanced Operations, and GQO teams to execute smooth project transfers that align with NPI quality goals.

• Own NPI purchasing controls via PPAP, drive Process Excellence, and serve as a Validation Quality Approver for new processes.

• Foster strong cross-divisional relationships and mentor team members on design transfer, risk management principles, and validation best practices.
