About the role

Paid acquisition is Salmon's primary growth engine, and we're scaling it fast — you'll own performance marketing end-to-end across our highest-volume channels.

What you'll do

• Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels for Salmon products with millions of active users.

• Work alongside a dedicated creative production team built to support high-volume testing, plus product, web/SEO, and analytics teams.

• Operate in a fast-scaling environment where new channels are constantly tested and budgets grow with performance.

What you'll own

• Own paid growth end-to-end — decide which channels, creatives, and funnels to scale, and be accountable for the results.

• Launch and optimize campaigns directly and through partners across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.

• Shape the creative pipeline: generate new concepts and maintain a structured creative backlog.

• Build and maintain a structured experiment tracking system so learnings compound across channels.

• Collaborate with creative, product, web/SEO, and analytics teams to land campaigns across every growth stream.

What makes you a strong fit

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.

• Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as your primary channel, plus at least one other major platform (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar).

• Experience promoting mobile apps, including web-to-app (W2A) funnels.

• A test-and-learn approach to performance: forming hypotheses, shipping variants, and drawing conclusions from data.

• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.

• English B2, with the ability to read acquisition funnel data and spot where things are working or breaking.
