Founded in 1991, Ziff Real Estate Partners (ZRP) is a private commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Mount Pleasant, SC, that owns and operates a growing portfolio of over $650M in assets under management across retail, flex, and self-storage properties nationwide. ZRP's vertically integrated team of 35 professionals manages every stage of the investment lifecycle in-house, from acquisitions and capital formation through asset and property management.

The Investor Relations Associate supports the execution of the company's fundraising and investor relations initiatives across the full investment lifecycle. This role bridges quantitative portfolio and investment analytics with day-to-day investor services and interfacing, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational analytical experience to build deep fluency in private real estate investments while directly supporting internal and external stakeholders.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

The Associate, Investor Relations reports to the Partner, Finance & Investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support fundraising execution for active investment offerings, from launch through closing, including coordination of related legal and regulatory filings
• Support the firm's capital-raising strategy and growth of the prospective investor base, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors
• Prepare and update investor reporting packages, presentations, pitchbooks, offering documents, and other investor-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Assist in maintaining the company's CRM, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of prospect, investor, fundraising, and entity-level data
• Maintain and analyze portfolio-, fund-, and entity-level performance and track record, using analytical modeling to support recurring reporting and ad-hoc data requests
• Collaborate with the internal Acquisitions, Accounting, and Management teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all investor-facing and internal reporting
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for current and prospective investors, including inquiries, due diligence requests, portal access, and account administration
• Participate in investor and portfolio review meetings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field
• 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in commercial real estate, investor relations, capital raising, client services, or a similar analytics-focused role preferred, ideally with prior exposure to private real estate capital markets, private equity/credit, financial services, venture funds, family offices, or other alternative investments
• Basic understanding of financial statement analysis, private fund structures and key performance metrics (e.g., waterfalls, capital calls/distributions, NAV/capital account calculations, IRR, equity multiples)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with financial modeling experience strongly preferred
• Confidence in communicating complex investment and performance information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, quantitative, writing, and speaking skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential company and investor information
• Familiarity with a CRM and/or investor portal platform (e.g., Juniper Square)
• Familiarity with private placement offerings (Regulation D) and related securities filings
