Principal DRAM Applications Engineer

Salary: $177,000 - 302,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline
• We look for experience in product engineering, applications engineering, hardware validation, or system integration
• We need a solid understanding of memory technologies, system architecture, or platform validation
• We value exposure to tools such as Python, Linux, or JMP
• We expect strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills
• Preferred: experience with DDR4, DDR5, HBM, GDDR, or similar memory technologies
• Preferred: familiarity with lab equipment, electrical validation, or SI/PI fundamentals
• Preferred: a masters degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
• Preferred: experience supporting customer bring-up or system-level debug

• We validate and characterize DRAM products on system platforms and next-generation processors
• We analyze product, yield, and performance data to strengthen quality and reliability
• We support failure analysis and capture corrective actions in documentation
• We create application notes, design guidance, and technical training materials
• We help customers with integration work, including SI/PI, timing, and system bring-up
