Evergreen Services Group is a San Francisco-based holding company that acquires and operates B2B services companies across North America. We are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to own acquisition accounting and onboarding for new deals, reviewing opening balance sheets, cash-to-GAAP transitions, and complex standalone positions for the consolidated group. You will partner with the Assistant Controller, Grove accounting teams, valuation partners, and external auditors as the go-to #J-18808-Ljbffr Evergreen Services Group
