This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.Required QualificationsRN License in state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationBSNPreferred Qualifications2 years' experience in acute care nursingBilingual English/SpanishCompensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
