We help businesses and municipalities reduce and divert waste, lowering disposal costs and fueling local supply chains by ensuring materials are recovered, recycled, and reused.About the RoleRepairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the duties outlined below.BenefitsPaid Parental LeaveHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHSA/ FSAPaid time offEmployee Assistance Program401k matchingTuition ReimbursementResponsibilitiesObserves mechanical equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble.Diagnoses equipment failures and provide recommendations for proper repair course of action.Dismantles equipment to remove and replace defective parts.Adjusts functional parts of equipment and control instruments.Ensures that all equipment complies with OEMs and Regulatory Agencies operating standards, ensures proper equipment lubrication in compliance with OEMs lubrication schedule.Follows Preventive Maintenance Work Order procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Job QualificationsTechnical school preferred1 year minimum mechanical repair related experience in a heavy industrial setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
