Tax Supervisor - Remote

We’re looking for a seasoned Remote Tax Supervisor who’s ready to go beyond the traditional. Tax Supervisor Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical tax expert for the team Review complex returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy, compliance, and optimization Lead and mentor a small team of tax preparers Conduct tax research and create internal best practices Collaborate with product and R&D teams on tax modeling and automation Validate software accuracy and provide actionable feedback Occasionally consult with high-profile or complex clients Tax Supervisor Requirements 7+ years of tax experience, focused on S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals. C-Corps, estate and trust planning, or gifting – Not required, but a plus. PE/VC experience – Not required, but a plus. 2+ years of team management experience. CPA or licensed tax attorney required. Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting or taxation. In-depth knowledge of U.S. direct tax law. Strong communicator who thrives in a startup environment.
