- Maintain center paperwork, records, and compliance documentation.

Experience in a licensed childcare facility (REQUIRED)
Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with parents, staff, and children
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and technology
