PART-TIME/PRN ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST (1099 CONTRACTOR)

MVP Physical Therapy is a growing orthopedic physical therapy and performance clinic in Lenexa, Kansas.

We specialize in helping active adults stay active, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they

enjoy. In addition to orthopedic physical therapy, we offer personal training, golf performance services, and biomechanical golf swing analysis.

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This position

will begin at approximately 10 hours per week with a clear opportunity to grow to 20+ hours per week as

patient demand increases. There is potential for full-time hours in the future, but a desire or availability for

full-time work is not required.

This position is ideal for a therapist who values one-on-one patient care, building strong relationships with

patients, and working in a positive, low-stress clinical environment.

POSITION DETAILS

- Part-time 1099 contractor position

- Hourly pay: $33.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

- Starting at approximately 10 hours per week

- Anticipated growth to 20+ hours per week

- Future full-time opportunities available but not required

- Weekday afternoon availability required (after 12:00 PM)

- Typical clinic hours extend until 6:00 PM, occasionally 7:00 PM

- Golf experience, personal training experience, strength and conditioning knowledge, or an interest in

sports performance are all welcomed but not required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree OR Master of Physical Therapy

- Current Kansas Physical Therapy License

- Minimum of one year outpatient orthopedic experience

- Ability to work weekday afternoon hours

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
