Pay: $80K – $100K per year salary
Earning Potential: Six-figure income potential (salary + bonus)
Schedule: Full-time

 

American Residential Services (ARS) , the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services , with more than 7,000 professionals nationwide and over 45 years of experience serving homeowners.

 

We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to support sales leadership and help drive performance across our residential in-home sales team. This role partners closely with the Sales Manager to coach Comfort Advisors, improve sales results, and ensure strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets

• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance

• Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed

• Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday)

• Support HVAC Service Department by coaching HVAC Techs on the turnover process. 

• Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership

• Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)

• Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations

• Strong communication and coaching ability

• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed
