This organization is renowned for designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products and services globally, specializing in commercial aircraft, space and defense, and helicopters. As a key player, they are the largest aeronautics and space company in Europe and hold a prominent spot worldwide. The Manufacturing Engineer I will transform build process plans into detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for technicians tasked with assembling components and installing them in aircraft structures. Essential Functions: Assess and optimize the sequence of fabrication, assembly, and installation processes for assigned areas while converting build plans into clear work instructions focused on quality and process control. Ensure that technicians can maintain configuration control and product quality. Identify necessary Industrial Process Qualifications and launch requests as required. Determine applicable materials, parts, and tools/equipment required for tasks. Monitor and resolve obstacles to maintain workflow prior to the commencement of work, collaborating closely with technicians. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven ability to create detailed written and visual work instructions, and identify materials and equipment for airframe structures of varying complexity. Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, models, and specifications with GD&T Level 1 training. Preferred: Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems such as SAP/R3, CATIA V5, TiCon, Zamiz, 3Dvia, MProduct, TAKSY, or DOcMaster. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and work independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
