Responsibilities To ensure the accuracy of entries into RTO and create an overnight, then create a PDF program to be entered into Equibase. Submitting proper sequence number from entries to create an overnight. Create program proof. Once approved, program proof entered into Equibase. Proofing program consisting of inspecting owners and silks are correct. Making copies of overnights and program proofs for various Racing Officials and Stewards. Must be at least 21 years of age Up to 1 year experience with RTO incompass Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
