Telecommunications Field Technician — Training Provided, $20/hr

MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to support residential installations in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding communities.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying active, and learning valuable technical skills. Whether you’re starting a new career or expanding your experience, we’ll provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

Training & Pay

• Start Date: August 17th
• Training Location: Clayton, Ohio (hotel and expenses covered)
• Training Pay: $20.00/hour
• After training, technicians move to a piece-rate pay structure with strong earning potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
• Install satellite television and home technology equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve service or connectivity issues
• Educate customers on their new services
• Work safely while maintaining high-quality service standards

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to lift 60–80 pounds regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 36 feet
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Weekend availability
• Commitment to attend training starting August 17th in Clayton, Ohio (hotel and expenses provided)
