In collaborative partnership with the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team, you will guide the hospital's medical standards, support hospital performance, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. In addition to base salary, this role includes an annual Medical Director stipend, quarterly production bonus opportunities with no negative accrual, and an elevated production percentage as the Medical Director.
