The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients and referral partners.ResponsibilitiesDatabase dutiesKeep CRM in shapeOrganize & execute marketing campaigns for past clientsAgent MarketingManage agent engagement activities, including events, gifts, and recognition programsClient experienceAssist in keeping client engagedKeep track of expiring approvalsFollow-up on documents on expired approvals and CHB loansSend out weekly emails to all HOT approvals with available homes for saleOrganize and execute client eventsProspectingOrganize Loan Officer’s calendarGenerate database call lists for each day for the upcoming weeks, months, quartersOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, sales support, mortgage, banking, or real estate experience.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.Other RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment checks, including criminal history and credit background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
