We're currently looking for 2-2-3 shift, working 6:00pm - 6:00am.As a Coke Florida Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process, ensuring products and packaging meets standards.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goodsAnalyze syrup beverage and/or water attributesAudit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operationsConduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standardsReceive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production processMaintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contaminationFor this role, you will need:High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year prior production/manufacturing experience OR 2+ years relevant lab technician experienceDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical skillsAbility to read, write, and keep recordsGood computer skills including literacy with Excel and WordFamiliarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materialsAdditional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:Bachelor's degree in science related field preferredFood/beverage industry experience a plusThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
