Responsibilities Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance. Role model behavior that motivates and inspires others. Create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean and safe. Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that requires shifting priorities. Requirements High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry. Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English. Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs, and work with a diverse group of people. Additional administrative duties as assigned. This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader. Benefits Shift Meal Allowance.
