Develops data-driven LinkedIn content strategies that blend each client's personal worldview with their company's strategic marketing goals.Responsibilities:Develop LinkedIn strategy for B2B clients using content marketing expertise, LinkedIn-specific knowledge, and industry researchProactively manage daily client communication in Slack, email, and video callsPerform independent research on client domains to deeply understand their industry tailwinds, industry headwinds, and their ideal customer profileGenerate innovative content ideas across various formats (videos, graphics, polls, GIFs, etc.) based on client performance and LinkedIn trendsDraft monthly interview questions and perform monthly interviews with clients (founders, CEOs, executives) to source contentGhostwrite copy in client's unique voice while maintaining LinkedIn best practicesOrganize content in client-facing project management tool (Ordinal), guiding the content review process and managing client feedback effectivelyOperate Influent's proprietary AI systemVibe code creative assets (graphics, lead magnets, etc) and prepare detailed creative briefs for the - video editing teamAnalyze client data and make strategic recommendationsPrepare and present narrative-driven performance reviewsOversee LinkedIn connection and messaging campaign strategyPerformance StandardsClients achieve or exceed LinkedIn performance goalsContent authentically reflects each client's voiceContent plans delivered on time and aligned with xhyhwjd strategic objectivesStrong client relationships with proactive communicationDemonstrated growth in client account performance over timeMust-Have (Only apply if you meet all)Experience at a digital agency, directly managing clients (roles like account manager, client success manager, social media manager, etc.)Experience working across multiple client accounts at onceStrong client management skills - highly likable and able to manage client expectationsStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong writing ability with great attention to detailExcited to learn a new domain and embrace a fast-paced startup environmentMust embody our core values (see above)Join Us:If you're passionate about leveraging your skills to create impactful, strategic content and want to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
