Operations Supervisor

Job Description

The Operations Supervisor should have a strong background in business operations and customer service. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Additionally, they need excellent communication skills in order to interact with customers and technicians efficiently. The Operations Supervisor should also have an understanding of the product that the services company provides so that they can ensure the proper product is ordered for each job.

Some additional responsibilities could include:

• Managing schedules of technicians

• Ordering products for upcoming jobs

• Ensuring technicians have the right product for their schedules

• Ensuring technician's vehicles are stocked

• Handling customer inquiries related to scheduling or product availability

• Coordinating returns or exchanges of products when necessary
