As an Area Ambulatory Director you will be responsible for overseeing frontline staff running the day to day operations in the field and conducting nightly end of shift inspections. What we look for in an Area Ambulatory Director: Strong leadership skills and experience leading and managing a team Customer service minded individuals Responsibilities: Demonstrates ability to oversee systems and processes to ensure operational objectives are achieved. Support Regional Manager in conducting formal rounds with clients. Provide exceptional customer service including timely notification of priorities to Regional Manager and communicate with clients as needed. Assumes responsibility for all payroll reporting and updates on employee files. Assumes responsibility of scheduling staff appropriately within budgeted hours. Ensure that staff receives proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education. Discipline associates when necessary according to progressive disciplinary guidelines. Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential. Schedule and organize various activities such as, but not limited to, meetings and travel itineraries. Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans. High School diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. The expected salary range for this position ranges from $100 ,000-$120,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).
