Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator (contract) at a cutting‑edge consumer product facility in Lititz, PA. Pay $27–$28.40/hr (depending on experience). First shift Monday–Friday on site for a one‑year assignment with possible extension. Bring your own laptop. The role provides support to business partners by monitoring investigations and CAPAs for products manufactured at the Lititz site. Responsibilities include monitoring data, ensuring timelines, updating tracking, providing metrics, and continuous improvement of INV/CAPA processes. Key Responsibilities Monitor the INV/CAPA process and assist in monitoring site investigations; assign resources and outline responsibilities with due dates. Provide metrics for INVs and CAPAs. Track and trend investigations and CAPAs as required. Support the CAPA Review Board and lead as needed. Support investigation and CAPA partners by monitoring due dates. Investigate customer complaints and provide findings summary. Communicate status of key initiatives and issues related to investigation and CAPA due dates to QA management. Perform investigation trending; determine appropriate responses and ensure metrics are available for reporting. Use metrics to ensure investigations are drafted to meet timelines and completed before product release. Establish relationships with operational business partners and interact with various management levels to facilitate timely INV/CAPA closures. Qualifications High School Diploma. Basic knowledge of plant QA (experience preferred); understanding of production environments such as Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic, Food and Dietary Supplements. Ability to collaborate with internal/external partners and interact with management. Proven track record of accomplishing work goals with minimal daily direction. Available to be on site daily. Experience with quality processes and systems, especially SOPs, MWI, change controls, and non‑conformance investigation documentation. Problem‑solving skills.
