Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager

Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams

Oversee SQF, HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs to ensure compliance

Manage customer, regulatory, and certification audits, including corrective actions

Investigate quality concerns, customer complaints, and food safety issues

Partner with Production, Operations, and Leadership to drive quality improvements

Maintain quality documentation, reporting, environmental monitoring, and compliance records
