We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and independent General Dentist to join our growing team. You will perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, provide patient education, and collaborate with a supportive team who values innovation and sustainability. Pay $160,000~$300,000 per year Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support CEREC Cardiopulmonary resuscitation DEA Registration Driver’s license Emergency Dentistry General Dentistry Implant Dentistry Licensed dentist DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred Proficiency in general dentistry procedures including implant and endodontics (preferred, but not required) Experience with digital dental technologies such as CEREC and Sirona Galileos highly desirable Tech-savvy with capability to work efficiently within digital workflows Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent references supporting professional competence and teamwork Job Description Deliver high-quality general dental care to patients of all ages Perform procedures including root canals, extractions, crowns, and Invisalign treatments Support the hygiene department in preventive care utilizing the CAMBRA model Conduct same-day treatments as appropriate, ensuring timely and effective patient care Maintain accurate, paperless electronic dental records utilizing advanced digital systems Educate patients on oral health practices and available treatment options Refer patients to in-house or external specialists as necessary Collaborate with dental and administrative teams to optimize patient experience and clinic efficiency Benefits Jobley Bonus: $280 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday to Sunday: Closed About the Practice Name: Lake Merritt Dental Location: 1900 Webster St Ste A, Oakland, CA 94612 Lake Merritt Dental
